SENIOR LIVING 2025: A ROADMAP

A multi-year initiative designed to coalesce senior living thought leaders around major issues impacting the industry – Workforce Development, Quality Improvement, Operational Excellence, Consumer Choice,
and Memory Care.

The burgeoning growth of senior living across the nation and throughout the states bring challenges and opportunities. Together we raise the bar of excellence in senior living through collaboration and thought leadership. As part of Senior Living 2025, Argentum lead a 6-month listening tour in the summer of 2015, listening to the concerns of senior living stakeholders and developing principles to serve as a roadmap of initiatives to address these issues. While the listening tour events have commenced, we continue to welcome your feedback through this website and direct correspondence with Argentum.
